Caringbah AU Rotary - Rotary Car Markets

The Caringbah Rotary Car Markets are managed by a volunteer committee of the Rotary Club of Caringbah. All proceeds from these car markets go to local and international community projects.

Terms & Conditions

Vehicle Sellers - Conditions of Entry:

No booking required, just turn up
Entry Fee $50.00 (Cash Only), allows you 6 displays of your nominated vehicle within a 6 week period. Each visit must be recorded at our Market Office after parking your vehicle. The Fee is not transferable. (Please note that the changes are effective from 11th January, 2009. Cars prior to that date will still have 6 visits in 6 months.)
You are required to register and provide the following information to comply with the Department of Fair Trading regulations:
1. Vehicle Registration
2. A valid RTA Safety Report (Pink Slip – not more than 28 days old when you register at the markets, even if your car is less than 3 years old ) A certificate is only valid for 42 days after it is issued
3. Drivers License of person registering vehicle for sale
You must drive with great care when entering or leaving the Market area (Speed Limit is 5 km/h).
All test driving must be conducted outside of the Market area, i.e. on a public road.
The Management of the Car Market reserves the right to refuse entry to any vehicle.
Sellers are provided with a free 'For Sale' notice.

Vehicle Buyers - Please Note:

Entry to the Car Market is free. Entry is via The Boulevard, western entrance gate.
All vehicles offered for sale are considered a private transaction.
Title is NOT guaranteed and there is NO Warranty with any sale.
The Rotary Club of Caringbah only provides the site and has no interest in any transaction.
